As Tokeny’s SDR your main focus will be on reaching out, prospecting and deciding if a lead is qualified or not. You’ll be involved in the entire inbound pipeline.
- Organise first calls with leads in order to qualify them and advise them on their projects
- Generate a sales pipeline for the rest of the sales team
- Research potential prospects before reaching out to them
- Define and follow sales processes and influence the marketing strategy and tactics.
- Trigger prospects curiosity and attractiveness towards Tokeny
- Your main objective is to pass on leads that match designated criteria as sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to an account executive or account manager to close
- Organize and maintain Tokeny’s CRM with details for each lead, their current status and next steps
- Communicate all predefined metrics to the team
- Remain fully informed on market trends and solutions
Required Professional Expertise
- Fluent English
- Financial background and knowledge of blockchain
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Empathy and great interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Interested in blockchain technologies
- Interested in Fintech
- Any other language is a plus
