T-REX Platform is a turnkey, no-code, white-label solution. It includes the Servicing app and the Investor app. It allows you to quickly launch a digital marketplace, issue, deploy and manage tokens in a compliant way.

T-REX Engine is a suite of APIs for building custom applications on top of the Tokeny onchain operating system. Thanks to APIs and SDKs, you can build your own customized experience for investors, automate operations, and connect to your legacy systems.

What are Events?

Blockchain events refer to the transactions that occur on a blockchain network, indicating an activity on your smart contracts, a change in the status of tokens or your token holders. Tokeny solutions offer automated monitoring of these transactions on the blockchain, updating the software accordingly and assisting in creating new transactions by facilitating token operations. This allows for easy management of tokens and up-to-date tracking of all relevant blockchain events.

The specific blockchain events tracked by the platform are dependent on your usage of the platform and the smart contracts involved. The platform is designed to track the events related to your tokens, their holders, compliance modules, and any additional smart contracts linked to your tokens, such as advanced transfers and AssetIDs. This ensures comprehensive monitoring and management of your tokens and their associated transactions.

Event limits depend on your chosen plan per month. Additional events are billed at 1 euro each at the end of the month. You can purchase additional event packages to reduce costs.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Each Service is ordered for a minimum period of 12 months with automatic renewal. After the minimum period, the Service can be terminated with a 3-month prior notice.

Is there an Enterprise plan?

PURCHASE TERMS

Amounts are expressed in Euros (€), net and without discount.
The Customer should satisfy the Tokeny customer vetting process intended to verify its identity (“KYC”). Should the customer fail to meet Tokeny KYC requirements, any payment made by the customer will be reimbursed.
Each Service is ordered for a minimum period of 12 months with automatic renewal. After the minimum period, the Service can be terminated with a 3-month prior notice.
By signing this Purchase Order, you acknowledge and agree that the services provided under this Purchase Order are subject to a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months (the “Commitment Period”) commencing on the date of signature of this Purchase Order unless otherwise indicated herein. In the event that you decide to terminate or cancel the provision of services before the end of the Commitment Period, you shall remain liable to pay the full amount of fees for the entire Commitment Period, notwithstanding any early termination. Such fees shall become immediately due and payable upon termination. This provision also applies to any renewal of the Commitment Period.
Purchase Order is subject to and constitutes an acceptance of Tokeny’s General Terms of Services. Commercial proposals from Tokeny contain only indicative information about the Services.
Custom development and Support outside SLAs: €150 per hour (min 4h).
By subscribing to a plan and/or signing a Purchase Order you authorize Tokeny to share information regarding your project (including, but not limited to, the token issuer’s name, token name, token symbol, nominal value per token, token supply, total issuance amount, blockchain used, smart contract address, issuance date and prospectus documentation, if any) with any third parties that are subject to regulatory obligations and that are directly or indirectly involved in the provision of Tokeny’s services.
