Tell us about yourself! 
I’m Jordi Reig and I’m living in a small town near Girona, about 100 km from Barcelona, enjoying nature, tranquility and the simple pleasures of life. I studied Computer Science at university and also hold an MBA. I’ve been working in the technology field for over 20 years, with several of those years in management roles. While I have many hobbies, I particularly enjoy playing football, mountain running and watching sci-fi movies.
What were you doing before Tokeny and what inspired you to join the team?
Well, I was doing something similar at another company, working to create the best possible conditions -whether by increasing well-being, enhancing team dynamics and processes, or improving deliveries- for the teams I managed to thrive.
How would you describe working at Tokeny?
Challenging but rewarding, with open communication, freedom to express opinions and a great environment to develop your abilities.
What are you most passionate about in life?
Enjoy life as much as I can. Life is short, so make the most of it!
What is your ultimate dream?
Live more, work less 😅. And I wish I could catch a glimpse about our world a thousand years from now.
