In capital markets, there can often be many intermediaries between Issuers and Investors. Brokers, Advisors, Custodians, CSDs or other counterparties sit between the Issuer and Investor, all of which operate on their own systems. Due to this, direct communication between the Issuer (or their delegated Agents) and their Investors is often difficult and indirect. Generally, the Issuer and their Agent(s) are unable to directly and quickly communicate with Investors and vice versa.
Through the Messaging feature that can be utilised via T-REX Servicing, Issuers/Agents and Investors can establish a direct channel of communication. Issuers can bring efficiency and ease to their Investor relations and operational interactions, for example in relation to corporate events, announcements, company results and other communications.
