T-REX Factory is a process management tool, which we rolled out last year, and is specifically designed to support multi-issuers (or agents supporting them) to issue T-REX Tokens in a very automated way and, possibly, a very repetitive way.
As you might already know, T-REX Factory is a process management tool, which we rolled out last year, and is specifically designed to support multi-issuers (or agents supporting them) to issue T-REX Tokens in a very automated way and, possibly, a very repetitive way. It allows issuers (or their agent), literally in a few clicks, to provide basic information related to a token, upload a list of investors that have been white-listed by the issuer for that token, as well as the tokens positions to be allocated to them.
T-REX Factory then automatically deploys the whole suite of related smart contracts on the blockchain, creates a digital identity (“ONCHAINID”) for the investors who don’t have one, and finally allocates the tokens they are entitled to receive. It can be used at the end of the subscription period into a newly issued digital security or to replicate (“mirror”) on the blockchain the register of an already existing financial instrument.
