The Unified Investor App is Coming…

At Tokeny, we’re thrilled to introduce the new white-label Unified Investor App, an all-in-one platform for issuers to provide their investors with a seamless experience to explore, subscribe, and manage digital securities.

In addition, distributors (including broker-dealers, marketplaces, exchanges, etc) can leverage this app as well to streamline operations with a fully digital experience. Distributors will now be able to effectively offer more capabilities and features for their clients to expand reach and easily handle a high volume of activities.

We’ve integrated the entire investor experience into one streamlined web application without needing to go to different links with all needed integrations (e.g., e-signing and liveness KYC solutions, etc.). Investors can now do everything with their digital securities in one place, from onboarding, searching for suitable investment opportunities, and managing their portfolio; thereby, merging the three.

The Three Features That are Consolidating:

Discover tokenized securities: The Invest section consists of opportunities that are available to eligible users directly on your platform.

Qualifying/subscribing: This part of the investor process pertains to KYC/AML checks, document signing, and payments.

Manage and trade tokenized securities: A dashboard for the investors to visually organize and see in real-time their portfolio, and to conduct peer-to-peer transfers, as well as to access secondary solutions such as Billboard and exchanges.

This consolidation offers several advantages:

1. All-in-one UX: A complete and fully digital dashboard simplifying the investor’s journey. It leverages the blockchain infrastructure to make actions possible directly on the buy-side: get qualified, find opportunities, invest, redeem, trade, access asset data, etc.
2. Easier access to liquidity: Investors can access liquidity solutions such as centralized exchanges that issuers authorized, T-REX billboard (our white-label secondary market solution for digital securities), or even DeFi protocols.
3. Secure and scalable: The cloud-based platform doesn’t require any maintenance from the operator. It is secure and scalable thanks to Tokeny’s scalable infrastructure.

How do Issuers and Distributors Benefit?

Beyond elevating the investor experience, our white-label enterprise platform significantly benefits issuers and distributors alike.

Issuers: From the issuer’s perspective, the platform seamlessly integrates the entire investor journey to reduce investors’ drop rate due to redundant processes and attract more digital-first investors, from onboarding to transferability options.

Distributors: The Unified Investor App is white-label, offering these distributors the opportunity to provide a branded all-in-one distribution platform to their investors. They can list carefully curated digital securities, enabling their audience to subscribe. They can qualify investors, and validate transfers with the same workflows as traditional methods, but with the added benefit of a fully digital and real-time experience.

No longer will investors have to use separate dedicated landing pages for utilizing all of these different features, it will all happen in one place.
