Tell us about yourself! 
I love sports and have been active all my life. For the last 15 years, I played rugby but hung-up my boots last year because recovering on Sundays was getting too hard! Now, I play squash most early mornings and do Muay Thai 3 or 4 times a week with my youngest son. Between my girlfriend and I, we have 4 boys, aged between 17 and 23 years old. They certainly keep us busy!
What were you doing before Tokeny?
Before joining Tokeny, I worked as Head of Institutional Sales for a FinTech, and prior to that, I led Institutional Sales and Partnerships at a decentralized data cloud storage start-up. Before entering the Web3 space, I owned my own headhunting business for over 12 years, focusing on Wealth Management and Private Banking, with a notable crossover into Investment Banking.
How would you describe working at Tokeny?
Working at Tokeny is both challenging and rewarding. There’s never a dull moment, as our fast-paced environment ensures that there is always something to do. Our industry is very dynamic and innovative, so there are always plenty of opportunities to learn. Being part of Tokeny means being at the forefront of tokenization tech, which I get to explore with a diverse and talented team.
What are you most passionate about in life?
There are too many to name, but if I had to choose just three, they would be:
- Family. My sister and I come from a very close-knit family, and those values have carried over into our own families.
- Work. I now know what I want to be when I grow up! 🙂 Many people spend years searching for their true passion; I consider myself fortunate to have found mine.
- Sports. I get irritable when I don’t play sports because staying fit and healthy is important to me. Plus, it’s a great way to release stress and maintain balance.
What is your ultimate dream?
I’m already living the dream! I am very lucky and have a great life; there’s not much I would change.
What advice would you give to future Tokeny employees?
If you’re passionate about Web3 and Tokenization and you apply yourself, you’ll do really well.
What gets you excited about Tokeny’s future?
Tokenization is the future, and Tokeny is at the forefront with its innovative platform. As we move towards standardization and wider adoption, the possibilities are endless.
